First Time Experience Was Superb!!! Positive: This was my first "air bnb" kinda stay... I typically stay at whatever motel is affordable and has decent reviews!!! I thought it was great all around!!! Negative: There is a Crack in the floor of the doorway of the closet in the bedroom straight across from the entry door and it was seaping water up through it... we had also heard water dripping from the hot water heater closet area so we checked that out... upon doing so, we found a white round thing between the hot water heater and the hvac that had filled to the brim with water and was leaking as well...
