Positive: While the apartment is somewhat clean, there are noticeable fingerprints, smudges, and stains throughout, and we had garbage under our bed, which detracted from the overall experience, including the shower head being held together with a garbage bag. The staff members who directly communicate with you are friendly and considerate, but the broader issues clearly stem from poor management at the higher levels. Negative: I would strongly advise against staying at this location unless you're comfortable with late-night disruptions and indifferent customer service. Before my recent stay, I received an unsolicited call at 1:46 AM about check-in, despite not being in the same state and having my check-in/check-out dates completely wrong. When I contacted management, they refused to correct the dates, even after the third-party booking service offered to make the changes. It felt like a scam or a cover-up. The staff seemed more concerned with rigidly enforcing their “policy” than with addressing my concerns or showing any genuine care for guest comfort. Every attempt to engage with them was met with indifference.
