Slow parking spot service, NO ELEVATORS Positive: I liked the open spacious apartment with multiple rooms meant for a big group like ours. Negative: I did not like that there was no elevator, or details mentioning it. Our group had older people. Had I known there would be no elevator, I would not have made a booking elsewhere. The parking spot process was such a hassle. Their payment method was such an inconvenience because they processed it through multiple third parties, such as Stripe for online payment which included a $7.20 credit card processing fee, and 3+ hours of waiting for assigned parking spots. I inquired at least a week before our reservation that we would need private parking, but because their process involved sending the parking request form only on the day of check-in, they would not accept my payment since Stripe took 5 business days to process the payment. So even though they expected an immediate payment finalized, they did not make it easy by not accepting the pending confirmation of my payment. Offering a Zelle option from the beginning would have been more convenient. Slow response times from them, and the waiting on private parking spots until actual check-in was again, extremely inconvenient in a city already charging expensive public parking. A dining chair had a broken leg. The chairs are not meant for their wooden floors.
