Ok. Too much money.
Positive: Great location. Walking distance to the L both Green and Red lines. Close walk to China town.
Negative: The parking: Don’t pay for their parking. They overcharge you for a lot next to a dumpster full of nasty restaurant trash and rats. So gross. The stairways in the property smell of urine. Horribly. Especially the middle stairway near 2H. Dump some bleach or at least have housekeeping mop the stairways out a couple times a week. People are peeing in them and it’s so disgusting
