This was THE WORST rental experience I’ve ever experienced! Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: There was a train that ran right outside our window all day and night making sleep impossible. The a/c stopped working after day 2 and the rented the apartment for 4 days. Maintenance had to come repair it 3-4 times and we were told it was an electrical issue. The breaker continuously tripped which prevented the a/c from powering on. A small replacement window unit was brought to us and it leaked water all over the floor. The apartment was also not cleaned as we saw crumbs on the floor near the sofa, and dust and dirt on the head board in one of the rooms. The floor was also dirty and left our white socks black under the bottom. If the description said there is a subway train that runs all day and night, we would have not booked here!
