Basic Stay but Available Positive: Decent location , comfortable. Host was nice Negative: For the price we paid, it didn’t feel like the best value—but we made the most of it. The main issues were likely due to the location. There was a lot of noise, especially between 4–7am, with people smoking and being loud despite all the posted rules. The kitchen could have been cleaner, especially considering there’s a cleaning fee—there really shouldn’t be any leftover dirt or grime. Parking is also a challenge if you’re staying more than a couple of nights. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not ideal.
