Spacious apartment with a good location Positive: Very well located, spacious, and well equipped apartment. Negative: The parking place was a bit scary.

A lot of miscommunication between myself and the host made the stay less enjoyable. Positive: Washing machine and dryer were great bonuses. The couch was comfortable as were the beds. Kitchen was nice and useful. Location access to Metro was great and easy to find. Negative: The host didn't send the door code and the instructions were unclear on how to even get access to the code. There were multiple problems with credit cards on their end, so they continuously contacted my through my start, which made the vacation and stay less enjoyable. There were used towels on the back of one door. The lobby stank line garbage and was dirty. Parking instructions and location were also very unclear

Great experience it was a perfect Positive: This property was perfect it look just like the picture it was clean and we had no problems at all great communication with any questions that I might had had was answered and we had a great stay I will definitely be booking again

Apartamento bonito Positive: El alojamiento estaba muy bien, éramos tres y cada una tenía su habitación, la ubicación estaba un poco alejada, pero no nos importó mucho. La relación con la empresa que lo alquilaba eran bastante atentos Negative: Estaba sucio, y aunque hicimos fotos nada más llegar y mandárselas, nos dijo que podría ir la limpiadora, pero no queríamos que estuviera nadie en el apartamento si nosotras no estábamos. El olor a porro era tremendo, se colaba por debajo de la puerta y olía todo el apartamento.

Positive: Great and safe location! It was steps from a red and green metro station which made it very convenient. Cute and quiet part of the city. Would recommend if you are spending most of the time near Millennium Park and want a cheaper option.
