NOT as advertized. Filthy floor, hair everywhere. Not a new unit. Many missing and broken items. Positive: The mattress is comfortable. If you're going to a baseball game, it's only a few blocks away. That said, the place was so bad, we bailed after the first night and had to skip the ballgame we were there to see. Negative: DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is NOT as advertised! Parking: I received information on how to access the elevator and the door to the unit, but not how to access the parking garage for the parking I paid additional for. I had to ask for it, and I didn't get the response until we were just down the street. I was quite surprised at the parking situation. It's one where you have to drive up on a rack that they can then rise and lower - except, we were the only vehicle in the entire garage. Thankfully our rental car was small. If it had been any larger, it would not have fit in the rack. No where in the listing was this mentioned. Neighborhood: Not the best, not the worst. There are bars on the windows of the homes on the street if that gives you an idea. Unit: Absolutely not as advertised. It's a studio, not a one bedroom. It is also definitely not new, and it was filthy. The floor was black and covered in long dark hair. I also found the same long dark hair in the bed. Lovely. Several things were also broken or missing - there was no hairdryer (which I discovered after my shower), there was no coffee pot (the maker was there but the pot was missing). When I reached out to the owner about this and the filthy floor, they sent over a cleaning person with a pot, and she admitted she knew the pot was missing. Of course it didn't matter as there was no coffee either. The only window in the place had a broken lock so you couldn't open it. The security lock on the main door was also broken. One of the 2 lamps in the bedroom was broken in two pieces. No laundry in the unit, deceiving listing. The floor was uneven. Grout was missing in many places and the tiles clunked when you walked on them. One of the light switches was missing from the switch plate. We did not feel comfortable staying there so we bailed after the first night.

On Monday May 19, 2025 we left our home in Nokomis Fl for a fun time in Miami FL. After an uneventful 3 hour drive we a Positive: On Monday May 19, 2025 we left our home in Nokomis Fl for a fun time in Miami FL. After an uneventful 3 hour drive we arrived at our destination. We were a little earlier than we should’ve arrived. We were able to enter the address but not the room. We waited a few minutes in hallway but to no avail would the door open. We had to wait till check in time of 4 o’clock. So back down we go and let’s get some lunch. With returning to our car( parked in a small lot next to the hotel entrance a woman of Spanish descent speaking a language we our not familiar with telling us we are not allowed to park in the lot. So we left and found a great little restaurant and had a delicious lunch. On returning we than parked on the street directly across from our hotel entrance. When we now return to our room we can now enter it’s after the 4 o’clock check in time and that’s when we realized that someone had been in the room before us and the room had not been cleaned. I notified the staff member that I had been communicating with and she explained the cleaning staff was on there way to getting our room cleaned. Fine not really a problem we our heading over to the ball park for the rest of the evening. A great time was had watching the Miami Marlins and Chicago Cubs. The game ended and after walking about 3 blocks back to our hotel we see our car is not anywhere around. Stollen!!! We call 911 and they explained that the car was probably towed. Why??? There was other cars down a half block still there why ours??? The 911 operator gave my husband a number for a towing company to see if they had our car. They sure did. Now the fun begins!! How do I get to my car at a location we our totally unfamiliar with trying to talk to people speaking a language we our unfamiliar with??? In a location at 10:30pm in little Havana Miami FL. We first have to download the Uber app and get someone to get us to the towing company address. (Sounds easy haha!
