Our overall stay was pleasant! Positive: No breakfast was offered. Negative: Well I didn’t get what was expected. My room wasn’t ready upon arrival. I was accommodated to another room but it wasn’t clean either(I have pictures of both unclean rooms with time stamps) my last room offered didn’t have a balcony! I paid for what I expected and no one offered to reimburse me the difference. Lastly, my room didn’t have a readily duvet for sleeping the guests we stated would be present! We had to wait because house keeping has left for the day! No covers for a whole night stay!! I have pictures to prove this too! The place was nice but housekeeping was lacking a lot of responsibilities! Overall it was what we had wanted just these things cause me to give such a low star rating.
