Luxury 6BR Suite Near Chinatown, McCormick & UIC

Great property for small party - shame about the customer service team and WiFi. Positive: 3 of us stayed here which worked well as there are only two bathrooms. I’m not sure how comfortable it would be with full capacity as the beds are double and there’s only 6 bedrooms? Not sure where they’d fit 16 people. Beds are super comfy and great living space. Good walking distance from central city and just round the corner from McCormick place. Negative: Nice property although the entrance corridor smells funny. The WiFi is absolutely useless, which was disappointing as we were here on business. Also the customer service team weren't very responsive and I had to wait at least 24 hours to 48 hours and chase for responses. They were also defensive when we encountered any issues and extremely inflexible. One of the jar lights at the front door was full of water?? This needs addressing as a potential health and safety risk.
